One of my top home builders is on the search for a Project Manager! They are well-respected in the area and emphasize growth, mentorship, and development of their employees.

The Project Manager will play a vital role in ensuring projects are executed flawlessy from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Collaborating with Lead Designers and Home Owners during the early stages of the project to determine feasibility of execution.
  • Managing field crew and subcontractor schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Performing quality control duties and responsibilities regarding work being performed.
  • Ensuring that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
  • Directing and coordinating work in the field in accordance with plans and specifications.

Qualifications


  • 3 years experience with Residential Construction
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, real estate or a related field is preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
