Overview

The Regional Revenue Cycle Manager will provide quality business office oversight, training and support services to facilities assigned. The RRCM will also supervise and ensure timely and accurate billing for assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Routinely monitors/analyzes all business office procedures relating, but not limited to:
    Admissions, Collections, Census, Resident Trust & Ancillaries. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures & effectively communicates weaknesses and recommends solutions.
  • Oversees the preparation of statements and bills to include reviewing work of assigned billing staff to ensure accuracy and timely payment while promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyzes collection trends to identify underlying problems, including aging reviews and expedites effective problem resolution with goals and timely follow-up.
  • Conducts routine facility visits, including PQAPI, and provides visit report to Administrator, Regional Vice President/Regional Director of Operations & Revenue Cycle Director.
  • Conduct interviews with prospective applicants for open revenue cycle positions in assigned region.
  • Requires high level of integrity from self and TEAM regarding sensitive and confidential information, including HIPPA privacy rule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, or related field or high school diploma with two years or more experience in revenue cycle in Long-Term Care setting in lieu of degree.
  • Significant knowledge of federal and state billing regulations for Long-Term Care.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong computer and software (Microsoft Office) skills.
  • Experience with billing software and Point Click Care.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in regulation and company policy and procedures.
  • Ability to travel extensively.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
