00 per hourJob Description Operation Support Representative:
o Pulls in-house requisitions to fill prepull demand.
o Puts away recapped BFG/CFE parts and material.
o Processes Delta recapped assets to staging area.
o Processes Delta assets issued to AC after departure/recap.
o Inspects off-units from production to ensure process is followed.
o Accesses incoming customer prepull.
o Attends daily operation and customer meetings to answer questions regarding material.
o Attends Pre-dock and Post-dock meetings to support operations.
o Meets with onsite customer and communicates open demand requirements.
o Works with customers on disposition of stock.
o Tracks and provides daily material status of incoming parts.
o Updates Gateway material reports.
o Researches and communicates purchasing request kickbacks with operations.
o Delivers critically hot parts from receiving to production floor.
o Collaborates with customer, internal and external partners for material support.
o Monitors email requests from customer, internal production and support departments.
o Responds to daily questions from production about parts, tooling and chemicals.
o Assists with receiving/shipping departments when needed.
o Maintains up-to-date training in Plateau platform.
o Provides guidance to staff when resolving technical and procedural issues.
o Trains, coaches, and mentors' new employees as required.
o Assists with the development and general revision of standard work documentation and processes.
o Issues/returns kits, parts and tools from counter or to production floor.

o Attends training to meet requirements of the job position and as needed or mandated by ATS, state and/or federal regulations.
o Has regular and predictable attendance.
Pay Details:
$20.
00 to $23.
