Responsibilities:
Value Added Sales Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Position
Summary: Support value-added complexes and managers with daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin reporting. Add analysis and insight where needed. Support other needs for boxed beef, trim and grinds sales reporting and analysis. Assist Business Managers and key accounts with on-going management.
Manage daily value-added reports and daily out-front downgrades
Create defined reports as determine including ad-hoc/special request reports
Daily communication with scheduling on product needs; help to ensure efficient transfer of product from value added to commodity availabilities
Timely communication to Business Managers of any order issues
Daily communication with Business Managers on out front sold position
Assist Business Managers with daily/weekly pricing as needed and requested
Assist Business Managers and Account Managers with customer presentation development for business reviews working with Radian
Value-added program item analysis on utilization, margins, etc. and communication to Business Managers
Lead meeting agenda development, reporting needs and meeting execution (Annual and Quarterly Value-added meetings, Field Rep summer and winter meeting)
Assist with Business Managers needs including unique complex and key customer support
Other duties as assigned
This is an on-site position.
Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates for the Value Added Sales Coordinator position should possess the following:
Ability to manage National Beef systems including Business Objects, Tableau, and strong Excel skills
Analytical ability to analyze complex data and situations & work best possible solution
Strong communication - high degree of collaboration requires strong people skills
Meat business knowledge and experience
Understanding of or desire to learn customers/end users' best food day advertising needs
Ability to effectively work with business managers, acct managers, scheduling, production/operations, marketing, customers, field reps to maximize success
Basic understanding of National Beef's production capabilities
Knowledge of item mix, specifications, production options, yields
Understanding of product availability and scheduling
Develop an understanding of market dynamics (live, boxed) and trends including pricing
Develop an understanding of carcass utilization and ability to manage within programs

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
