At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 19 years of experience and 16 locations. Our Growth has been driven by the success of our sales team along with their quick advancement within the organization.
Compensation:
You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 19% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 8 Weeks of onboarding pay $6,000
commission, and bonus opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assess damage on single-family roofs
Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners through the insurance and roof replacement process.
Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.
Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
Attend weekly sales meetings.
WHAT YOU NEED:

2 years of sales experience
Flexible schedule
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
Note: Our Senior Sales Reps are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
