Sr Incentive Program Analyst- Remote

JOB SUMMARY Under little to no supervision, calculate and analyze corporate formula bonus program results and payouts. Administer the Corporate Formula Bonus Program for large-volume, non-sales force employees. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the administration of the Corporate Formula Bonus Program including new entries/exits and database maintenance. Ensure all eligible employees are given their formula bonus potential in writing within 30 days of being hired or assigned. Contact the head of the division and/or manager to ascertain the appropriate formula bonus measurement. Calculate, audit and communicate quarterly Formula bonus calculations. Ensure accuracy of all database content. Maintain database of eligible employees and their respective bonus program guidelines. Audit and maintain the integrity of selected source documents. Reconcile data provided; escalate reconciliation issues with manager. Create and distribute monthly performance reports with all supporting documents; includes fielding questions from management. Identify and present opportunities for process improvement; automate formula bonus worksheets for assigned areas BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance Relevant Work Experience At least 4 years of professional work experience in one or more of the following fields:
compensation, internal audit, financial analysis and/or accounting PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions. Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/ project is accomplished within tight timeframes. Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines. Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example:
using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table). The anticipated salary range for this position is $61,438-105,040, This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
