on NextPage's Database Team waiting just for you! A detail-oriented, Microsoft Access experienced and smart individual is required to fill the Database Processing Technician position in our stable, yet growing firm.
If you are a recent graduate of DeVry or similar type of institution with 2 or more years of experience this might be a perfect position for you!
A day in the life of the Database Processing Technician includes:
Keeps track of received data and source documents.
Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be processed.
Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
Makes necessary corrections to information.
Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data.
Keeps record of work completed.
Reviews error reports and enters corrections into
computer
.
Responds to inquiries regarding data.
Requirements:
2 or 4 year degree
1 to 2 years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft Office suite 2003 - 2010 including advanced proficiencies with Access, Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to multitask, have attention to detail, accuracy and functional.
Experience in the direct mail arena is a plus!
Compensation and
Benefits:
Starting annual pay range $35,000 to $43,000
