Pricing & Yield Management Manager

Lead Sales & Marketing and Yield Management efforts on information systems initiatives and implementation, including but not limited to the SAS Cost System, Pricing Data Warehouse and Market Pricing 2.0. Develop tools which will effectively create, measure and track company performance around Sales & Marketing and Yield Management initiatives. Maximize profitability for assigned lines of business by establishing competitive pricing, handling contract management matters, and identifying impacts to asset management and service design requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction. Functional duties: Manage schedule for monthly data loads and monitor progress. Work with Applications Programmer to ensure input tables are staged for processing. Initiate and monitor SAS calculation processes for monthly runs. Work with Applications Programmer to identify and resolve issues that may prevent successful processing of monthly data. Validate output data of monthly run. Identify solutions to proposed changes to SAS/PDW/Mkt Pricing systems and determine level of effort (source files needed, rules to be changed, processes to be updated, etc.) to execute proposed changes. Keep reference tables for SAS costing system up to date (Valid Link Table, System Equip Table, Dynamic Lease Table, etc.) Develop competitive market pricing by conducting external market research (competitors, similar industries, economic factors), historical pricing, and economic impacts to maximize revenue opportunities across the entire franchise for assigned line of business. Work with all relevant internal departments to develop competitive marketing proposals identifying areas to improve yield and profitability. Handle cost validations for current business and renewals and ensure contract terms are in place for expiring contracts. Understand impacts to asset management requirements and partner with Business Development & Asset Management to price, model and cost asset turns to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify any impacts to service design requirements based on customer needs and either work within current TSP parameters or recommend modifications to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibility for tracking any IT cap ex associated with the Sales & Marketing and YM departments pertaining to development, implementation and training of the tools within organization. Skills required: Microsoft office suite, business modeling tools, Internet research, and reporting/database applications, and SAS.
2 years in IT and 4 years in cost analysis, accounting, logistics and/or operations management.
Bachelors in International Management, Marketing & International Business,
computer
Science, or closely related degree . Foreign equivalents accepted.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
