Key Assets Recruiting is working with a client company who is a global welding underbody assemblies manufacturer to find a Quality Systems Coordinator.

The QMS Coordinator works with all departments on the development, implementation and maintenance of QMS, TS16949, ISO14001, and related quality systems. Tracking and analyzing information based on internal audits and other performance indicators as required with the objective of making recommendations for system changes to improve organizational performance.
Qualifications:
Education and/or
Experience:
Must have high school diploma or GED. Extensive office experience, Associate or Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Lead auditor certification.
Strong knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of TS16949, ISO14001, Customer Specific Requirements, and Core Tools.
Proficient in
computer
skills, primarily Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point.
A background in quality operations would be helpful but not required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Thorough knowledge and a clear understanding of the TS16949, ISO14001, and Customer Specific Requirements through training and/or networking.
Knowledge and understanding of the Automotive Industry requirements (AIAG / Core Tools, etc).
Must have good organizational skills.
Must be proficient in computer operations.
Must exhibit high integrity and honesty.
Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret internal procedures, documents and processes, internal and customer requirements, flow diagrams, and business correspondences.
Ability to effectively and appropriately present information and respond to questions from various groups.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be able to work well individually or in a team environment, effectively interacting with all levels of the organization.
Project management skills to work on several projects at once, driving each to completion.
Ability to view all aspects of the system, seeing how each aspect interrelates within the organization.
Ability to travel and obtain a passport.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
