Company is seeking to expand its in house legal department through the addition of an attorney with one to three years experience representing health care providers in connection with corporate and regulatory matters to serve as Assistant General Counsel, reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. The Assistant General Counsel will support more experienced in house corporate counsel and have independent responsibility for some matters. As part of a small in house legal department, the Assistant General Counsel will be expected to handle a wide variety of legal projects and will frequently work as part of a team with internal clients and other members of the legal department.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
