This position is located with the Marine Corps Network Operations and Security Center (MCNOSC) located in Kansas City, Missouri. This position serves as the Technical Process and Improvement Manager responsible for planning for and managing multiple areas within the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) structure, development of automated scripts for the Service Desk that provide support to clients and ensure service levels are maintained and required technical toolsets are achieved.

Selectee may be required to successfully complete a probationary period. This position is a drug-testing designated position (TDP). You must obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
Identify and promote areas of high productivity and pinpoint and eliminate process-orientated inefficiency while developing proactive measures to facilitate effective resolutions.
Develop and maintain working relationships with customers to ensure procedural changes in the enterprise toolset are understood and followed.
Write, communicate and maintain standard operating procedures for the effective execution of the Access Management process for Regional Service Desk.
Oversee compliance with business rules, performance standards and define metrics for the execution of processes in order to provide effective customer service to meet customer requirements.

Specialized experience for this position involves providing overseeing IT service desk operations in a customer service environment (e.g. troubleshooting, development of proactive measures and IT resolution) AND assisting in the review of procedural changes to eliminate inefficiencies.

Occasional travel is required which may involve the use of commercial and/or government aircraft. Work requires travel away from normal duty station.
Shift work and/or irregular work hours (evenings and weekends) may be necessary to meet project deadlines or to support users in the field. Call back and emergency overtime may be required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
