Job Summary : Immediate supervision of employees monitoring phone calls. Analyzes reported questionable activities from tier 1 investigators. Assists with equipment problems.

Essential Functions:
Supervisory responsibility of tier 1 employees.
Ability to analyze call activity referred from tier 1 investigators.
Following call analysis; escalate questionable activity calls forward to the department Supervisor for further action.
Availability to step in and function as a tier 1 employee as needed.
Monitor and manage all equipment issues for uninterrupted service.
Assistance with keeping all call activity confidential as required by the customer.
Assist with maintaining a secure work environment.
Additional Functions:
As the need arises, be available for court testimony on job related issues.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
Degree in Criminal Justice or Psychology preferred.
Ability to multitask.
Minimum of 2 years management experience.
Computer literate, specifically in Microsoft 2010.
Must type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
Excellent attendance record.
Detail oriented with specific emphasis on listen skills.
Must be able to pass and maintain a background check administered by
Alphapointe and the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Mandatory confidentiality relating to work performed.
Fluency in a second language given preferential consideration.
Ability to work in a secured team environment.
Must be able to pass a pre-placement drug screen.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
