Leasing Consultant
Millennia Housing Management, LTD is an industry leading successful property management company located in the Midwest, that is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for our property, Olive Park Village, located in Kansas City, MO.
This is a full time position including a benefit package and attractive hourly salary.
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the marketing and leasing of apartments, including creation of marketing materials, outreach marketing to community and the ability to close the sale and lease the apartments.
Experience in LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 housing is a big plus!
Must Possess:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Outgoing personality who enjoys working with people
- Strong sales and marketing ability
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Creativity
- Quick learning ability and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow up on leads/tasks
- Proficient in MS Publisher, Word and Excel
- Flexible schedule required including daytime weekends and weekday early evenings
