You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Qualifications In order to qualify for this position at the GS-06 level on experience, you must meet specialized experience at the GS-05 (or equivalent). Specialized experience is defined as 52 weeks of:
Providing a variety of administrative and technical services on work process dealing with procurement coordinating work, gathering and disseminating information, providing assistance, and reporting findings. In order to qualify for this position at the GS-07 level on experience, you must meet specialized experience at the GS-06 (or equivalent). Specialized experience is defined as 52 weeks of:
Gathering procurement information such as requesting, obtaining, and manipulating contract data including the use of mandated automated systems. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (52 weeks at the GS-06 level for GS-7, 52 weeks at the GS-05 for the GS-06).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
