Experience:
Possess least one full year (12 months) of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through federal service. This experience includes:
1) experience applying information technology laws, regulations, policies and precedents sufficient to provide comprehensive advisory services involving IT Product Management; 2) experience managing a team to identify complex information technology business, data, security architecture opportunities and roadmaps 3) experience providing IT Product management expertise to include product planning. Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the 11/20/2020 of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined above. Time in grade:
Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
