The successful candidate for this position will have:
license as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Missouri;at least one year of previous DON experience in SNF setting;recent behavioral health experience;prior skilled nursing home experience in nursing administration, or management role;prior experience with scheduling/staffing in SNF setting; excellent knowledge of federal and state survey process;excellent work history in the long-term care industry;committed to team-oriented outcomes and quality care; andExcellent oral and written communication skills.
