Common areas like the dining room and living room are furnished, including the kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave oven, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. The downstairs bathroom has a bathtub where you can soak after stressful work. There is ample space for street parking. Our home is next to Budd Park where you can take a stroll after your hard day's work. We're 10 minutes from downtown and River Market and minutes away from Cliff Drive. It is easily accessible by RideKC buses that go to downtown and River Market. Our neighbors are pretty diverse and family friendly. We are NOT accepting tenants with pets.
