Vehicle Description 1969 Dodge Dart GTS.
340 automatic.
Numbers matching drivetrain.
Very original and very nice.
F5 Medium Green Metallic.
Green interior.
The following things are original to the car:
engine block and heads, transmission, intake, exhaust manifolds, alternator, single point distributor (Pertronix replacing the points but still using stock style coil and ballast resistor), radiator, and original Carter AVS (rebuilt by Harms Auto).
Engine was rebuilt to essentially stock specs about 10 years ago by previous owner.
I have the folder from the engine shop with all specs and photos of the rebuild.
The car rides on P205 70R14s on the original 5.
5 X 14 inch small bolt pattern steel wheels.
Car stops fine on the original drum brakes (it's only a 3000 lb car after all).
Odometer shows 86770.
I believe this to be original miles since many original parts on the car are so nice.
Not a trailer queen.
I put 1200 miles on the car last year on the Hot Rod Power Tour in August.
No issues and really stayed cool.
One repaint.
The body work isn't 100 percent concourse perfect but looks really good.
No rust or bubbles at all.
I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
Obviously, the seats have been redone with new carpet and headliner by previous owner.
Glass is great.
Not sure it fits the strict definition of a survivor but it is a very unfooled with original car.
I recently got an email from Hagerty about raising my coverage.
They might be full of baloney and just want more money but it is a stated value policy for what that's worth.
